Our private dog training lessons provide a personalized, one-on-one coaching experience, for dogs or puppies of any age, at your home or a public space (within 15 miles of Georgetown).
We can help you identify the root cause of common dog behavior issues such as over excited greetings, jumping up, pulling on leash, reactive barking, door dashing, chewing, potty training problems, and counter surfing. We can help you create a personalized plan to prevent problem behaviors and strengthen desired behaviors. We also offer private lessons in puppy socialization, where you will receive a personalized socialization plan and coaching to go along with it.
PLEASE NOTE: We do not work with aggression cases (bites, attempted bites or resource guarding), or significant fear or anxiety, therefore if your dog is displaying any of these behaviors, please contact us for referrals to qualified canine behavior consultants or veterinary behaviorists to assist you.
All private lessons include an evaluation, personalized instruction in positive reinforcement dog training methods, discussion of training plan with owner, as well as a detailed written training plan.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the session or private lesson will be 100% refunded. Please e-mail info@thesocialpup.net to request cancellation, and allow 3 - 5 business days for processing of refunds.
We cannot accept cancellations less than 24 hours before the start of class, but you may apply the purchase to a future class or private lesson(s). Please notify us immediately if you need to put your class on hold.
