Socialization and training is critical to your puppy's health! Early socialization can be done safely before full vaccination and prevents behavior problems. For puppies 8 - 16 weeks, our puppy training class has everything your puppy needs to grow into a well behaved dog. You will learn: How to socialize your puppy safely How to prevent problem behaviors How to build good behaviors and habits Help with puppy potty training Help with puppy crate training Your puppy will learn/experience: Socialization with people, sights, sounds, and surfaces (including socialization to the veterinary clinic and procedures) Socialization with other pups Response to name/come when called To wait quietly in a crate or pen To greet people politely To cooperate with routine care (veterinary and grooming procedures) How to walk politely on leash Classes are one hour, and meet weekly for four weeks. Classes are held at Pet Vet 365 Georgetown, a Fear Free Veterinary Practice!
