Relax Class - Reactive dog training

Does your dog bark and lunge at other dogs on walks? Do they get overexcited when meeting people, have a hard time focusing, get frustrated easily, or just won't listen? If this sounds like your dog, we have a class for you! Relax Class is a one of a kind, revolutionary group dog training class for "difficult dogs", designed to help these hyperactive hounds learn how to be calmer around other dogs, people, and new environments. We will give you the knowledge and proven techniques to help your pup regulate their emotions and connect with you, even with distractions around. Relax Class is a reactive dog training class for fully vaccinated puppies and dogs sixteen weeks and up, that display behaviors such as barking and lunging at other dogs (or other triggers) while on leash, jumping up, mouthing hands or leash, whining, pulling on leash, inability to relax, and inability to focus and engage with people in distracting environments. Relax Class is not appropriate for dogs with a history of bites to people or other dogs, or for dogs that are very fearful of new people or environments. If your dog struggles with aggressive or fearful behavior, please contact us for a referral to a certified canine behavior consultant or veterinary behaviorist for help with these issues. In Relax Class we meet once a week for six weeks, with the first class for humans only. Classes are held at our home based training facility in the Georgetown, TX area.
