I understand a minimum of one private lesson and instructor approval are required before beginning group reactivity sessions.

I understand reactive dog group classes are scheduled when class minimums are met and weather conditions are favorable. Filling out this form is not a guarantee there will be a class available.

I understand my dog must be up to date on vaccinations and vaccine records (or titers) are required at registration.

I understand the cost for a four week reactive dog class is $310, and a 5% discount is available for rescue dogs.
